Very bad for the management and student portal. 830am open course registration but didn't update the course list. And student unable to grab interested courses and ask student to choose another one. Why student has to bear their fault? Ranking good but student welfare.... Come UM and experience it.
Please don't consider UM as your choice if you don't want to suffer your life due to university administration and registration problem. This university don't even test their course registration portal before they release it to students and causing tonnes of issue and problem to students every year. There is no word of fair in this university. Imagine you were told to register course at 8.30am but in actual the university open for course registration much earlier at 12am without making any official announcement. To make the thing worsen, there is no any action taken about this issue although it is not fair to any of the students.
Easy parking . Nice place. Great environment. Crowded and jammed during pick hour to come in and out. There is 2 main cafe here in Kompleks Perdanasiswa and Rumah Universiti.. nice food and cake there..
Daughter in her final degree yr here. Still exploring. Today had T at "He & She Coffee Original" cafe beside Maybnk (behind UM's library.) A Variety of Coffees are available, even Teas, milkshakes, fruit smoothies & yoghurt drinks. A good spread of snacks & the menu also includes old time favs like pasta dishes, fish tempura, mushroom soup w garlic bread. The chicken pie crust was a little too hard tho after reheating, for us to clean our plates. Overall this cool airconditioned ample sized cafe, had great ambience w friendly staff. Do go visit. Value for your money.
The faculty administration is worst. Rude and unprofessional. As much as good students need good university, as much that good university needs good students. Tak perlu sombong. Considering to join PG UM Law, think twice.
I saw group of ducks and geese in the lake. It's so quiet and peaceful on weekends.
One of the oldest & prestigious university in Malaysia. Had studied there in the 80's. A lot of good memories. Very glad daughter managed to study there also.
