The customer service is very very bad！！！！！Last time i purchase via online and the system error made my first transaction not successful so i hv no choice to purchase second time，but when i check my balance it charge me twice and the ticket send me twice！I have email to them to solve my problem untill now no one reply me！also，i contact them through messenger and they seen no reply！I want to call them but the number cannot access i was very angry on their。 attitude！so irresponsible! If u really want to purchase dun purchase online because when something wrong, they will just ignore u! I will not support them anymore!

I love this cinema..usually its not very crowded. Only on school holiday its always full. Those who loves to watch movie unplanned..here is the right place. Not many people and u can still have a great seat although u buy the tickets 15 minutes before the movie starts.

This place is okay. I mean don't expect it to be like TGV. But the hall, the seats are okay. Selesa. But you guys should change the carpet on the stairs. The screen and the sound system are okay. Hall number 2 are a bit too cold. Im literally shivering while watching. But all good :) oh ya, the , taste plain. Need more caramel or sugar idk. But it taste plain.

Excellent place for a movie marathon! It is pretty cheap and seats are nice. A tip is to sit nearer to the front since the front row is quite far from the screen, also for tickets, just say you want tickets for this movie at this time, since they had given my parent a senior ticket that is half price when he is close to but not actually the senior age. For the showtimes, cinema.my is very reliable so you can check them out to schedule your day.

Nice cinema. Very up-to-date with blockbuster movies. Less crowded and cheaper than many cinema in town. I find it more enjoyable to pick seats that are nearer to the screen, as the screen is quite small when seated too far away. Seats are comfortable, but often times the screens are not very well maintained, dead or stuck pixels are expected.

I like the place. The ticket also not to expensive, suitable for student to go here because its not to expensive. The place not so creowded.
