Just Complaint

No nasi lemak, only biscuit for whole day.. I check in my car from 8am.. To 12pm only check out my car.. Compare to other branches... They only took 2 hrs only.. Won't come back here again.. Also, d sales person still ignore n didn't serve me when I went to d show room to see d car.. All r sitting there like, OK, this customer wear too casual n seem like no money to buy a car, so they decided don't serve me

They have big place like sale show room and servicing....technical person are so friendly...they have big hall for customers while waiting....and it near to Empire Subang

One of the best service centre with seats for you to work, while your car is being serviced. With Nasi Lemak served to you (in the morning) if you're lucky.

Car servicing very well delivered but if you need to go for body and paint services better go to klang branch. Subang's workmanship is not up to expectation.

Went there to check out the cars... but no sales people entertain me. I believed they reached their quota. I saw their waiting room lobby when servicing the car. It's not bad. They have their own coffee counter there. I'm not sure about their services. Too bad... the sales side already gave me bad impression. I guess maybe I go different Toyota instead.

Big showroom and good place to service your Toyota. It used to be average sales service when times were good and the quality of the car "sold itself". Fast forward to these days, customer service has improved over the years in my opinion. Look for Eric.

Superb service and hospitality. Service agents are helpful and the customer lounge is comfy. Customer can request for complimentary drinks and snacks (biscuits), while watching TV and waiting for car service done. They will protect your car seat with plastic cover on driver side during servicing. After service the car would be washed and sprayed with sanitizer. Job well done with thanks!
