Friendly service and staff but expensive and poor results due to CHEAP NAIL POLISH. Came here during my trip in KL for a wedding so decided to get the gel nails done couple of days before the wedding. The prices are definitely on the expensive side. I had a pedicure without any painting and a removal of Shellac nails for the fingers. It was 175 RM. My finger nails were really long and normally I'd be able to get nails cut before getting the nail polish but was charged an additional 20 RM for this. Nevertheless, the lady was friendly and I also tipped her at the end since she was quite thorough and helped my put on my shoes since my hands were occupied by the removal. See photos for my nails after 3 days ( they were disgusting before the wedding and I was so upset). The staff knew what they were doing but this was definitely not Shellac and the polish was obviously cheap. Don't come here unless you want disappointment.

Worst experience ever !!!! two ladies did my pedicure they were talking a lot!! The lady who did my feet hurts me a lot .. when she removed the plastic from my feet she took it harsh .. I heard her she said I’m not feeling well !! So if you are not well why would you still work in that mood ?!!! I asked for french manicure They let me pay for it then they told me the lady who did that is off so someone else will do it for you .. she did it for was not perfect and she left my fingers dirty white I asked her before I left could you please clean my fingers ? And round my nails ? She said yes but also she didn’t clean it well .. I paid 220 RM and I didn’t get what I pay for it I don’t recommend it

This is the worst nail saloon that I had ever experienced! The staff there are just soooo rude!! First I need to pay before receiving any service (which I don't mind) while i was paying , they pushed the color chart to me asking to choose at the cashier counter, at the same time another staff took off my shoes without any sandals provided ! I walked bare feets towards the pedicure area... will never ever go back ! This salon is just mean for tourists I guess, thy can't be bothered to have any return guests !! the whole experience and the staff attitude is just beyond comprehension!!!
