1. Lousy company. 2. Work life balance poor 3. Working environment poor 4. There is no proper plan to grow the talent 5. No increment, no bonus, not much growth 6. Instructions are given top down and you are expected to abide and achieve targets. 7. Company's interview standards are pretty bad, they hire managers who doesn't have the right attributes of managers, they hire people they like.

Important things mention 3 times. Don't join this company, Don't join this company, Don't join this company. This management control from this company is bad and hard to communicate. No complaint and chatting is allowed, always listen to the boss and must follow accordingly. Salary will deduct without mention so be careful if you really want to join this company, each months you must always check the salary received with correct amount or not. Increment, bonus and benefit errmmm, what I can say is hopeless.
