Good experience as a local tourist. Entrance fee of RM60, which have to prebook at least 3 days before, with a minimum of 4 person in a group. I was amazed with the view of cocoa village. Then, We were introduced to process of Cocoa planting and even tasted the raw cocoa, sweet! After that we were brought to Cocoa Cultural Spring with the hope of seeing the hidden treasure, unfortunately due to heavy downpour the days before, we only managed to witness Majesty Waterfall. While waiting for lunch to be served, we captured moments around the cocoa village. Best part, FOOD! Served in big portions and many varieties. We were 5 in a group, but food served for 8-10. Very delicious lunch, fruits & desserts. Pandan coconut was served too, so refreshing! It does taste different from the commercial pandan coconut. I would strongly recommend to visit this place, preferably not after rainy days. I would say the experience & hospitality worth the entrance fee. #kalaubukankitasiapalagibah #supportlocaltourism

Its a great place with beautiful view. A previous cocoa farm converted to an oil palm plantation but still keeping some.of the legacy as the pioneer cocoa plantation and industry in Sabah.

Nice place..You have to book a visit before you go either by phone or at the museum in Tawau... We had a very friendly and good guide...went for a trek down a stream in the jungle..saw some basalt volcanic rock ..not much of that in Malaysia. Spent time learning about how the cocoa trees are grown and also had an excellent lunch.. very peaceful there.

A great place that let you feel relax and enjoyed at the same moment! Of course, with fresh air and beautiful scenery that make a memorable memory to me! And the most attractive schedule that I think is waterfall trekking! Can see lots of columnar basaltic stone there and Majestic Waterfall! Afterwards, we had ate their planted fruits (among 8 to 10 type of fruit) and their delicious local food there! What a nice place to visit! They do have entrance fee and need to make reservations before you go to visit.
