We have been frequently using this train station to board our train journey heading northward of Malaysia. Being a quite frequent train user & it is sad & puzzled as to why the transport ministry is not looking at each train station to keep up good maintenance of the station facilities.Train has become a most popular choice & being the ideal mean of transportation these days but we don’t see any willingness to improve & proud to keep up with the popularity by the ministry. Car parking here is a nightmare. Just aren’t enough capacity. On the train platforms, floor tiles are popping out, chairs are in a sad state, when rain comes leaking roofs are a norm. Even though toilets are a paying entrance, they never looked like being maintained. Ticketing staff, face looks like we owe him to pay for our train ride. Very stiff muscle on the facial front, just can’t full some of those muscle to smile. It actually will make his day brighter should he just smiles a little. We have to buy the tickets with great tolerance & patience...customers service is zero. Train transportation is such an ideal mode of transportation to beat traffic jam, boast productivity as people being on time to reach each person’s destination/workplace/school/college & etc. Reduce road traffic jam by train being a people mover in a big volume.... I am indeed sad & puzzled as to why the govt are not interested to move forward as a country in this sector....to improve this existing transportation.

Facilities for OKU is really bad. No lift no ramps..have to use stairs.such a huge turn off.

Easy and relax journey home...via this station.
Entrance road quite narrow and difficult to turn back if you never prepare enough credit on your TNG card.
The facilities are decent. The problem was people parked at the both shoulders thus making the 2 way road became a one way road. During peak hour,it is a nightmare.
