This location is the site for night market and farmer's market (Thursday morning). However on Wednesday 13th June 2018 it is opened for 'mantai', a pre-Eid sale of beef. From as early as 6.30am queues are already formed and at 8.00am the sale begins. A kilogram of beef costs RM27.00, tender loin RM32.00 and internal organs RM32.00. By 11.00am only some bones and internal organs are still available.

Well, the night market (pasar malam) here is quite small; you could finish touring the night market within 15-20 mins walk. It has typical night market stalls selling various dishes (char kuey teow, fried rice, nasi kerabu, bakso, traditional malaysian cakes n etc) - nothing outstanding here. But, if you are in tampin on Saturday night and craving for night market food, you could come and give it a try. Other than that, they also sell some vegetables and fruits. Tips: come early as some stalls start closing around 9pm.

Lots of options. If you come down here, be sure to stop and try out the special burger with homemade sambal sauce. Superb good!
