Taman Uda, Alor Setar, Kedah is one of the eldest developed housing area in Alor Setar. Taman uda is situated on the right side of the main road, which is Jalan Sultanah, if you come from the South Alor Setar Highway (PLUS) Exit.There are two entrance to Taman Uda; one is through a street between Shell and Petron Petrol Station, which is also on the opposite of Sek. Men. Sultanah Bahiyah, and the other one is from under the flyover. There is a mosque in Taman Uda and it is known as Masjid Rafeah. It is also where one of the most prominent primary school in Kedah is situated; Sek. Keb. Taman Uda. Taman Uda is also widely known as Taman Guru since almost all the houses in Taman Uda were built for teachers.
