Nice ambience for customers to sit, relax and have a drink especially when one waits for car servicing. The place is spacious and clean. No issue or feel bored on not knowing what to do while in wait as the car show room is opened for viewing.

Trusted and fast working staff. My family have dealed with them recently and we are very very satisfied. They do not dragged time and get you straight to the point. Helpful and skillful in making calculations and explaining to you all the details. Recommend! Oh and they have Toyota Service Center at the back too. You don't need to travel to another place to get your Toyota vehicles for a certified car maintainance.

Terrible workers with lack of respect for its loyal customers, treating the customers' vehicle as if they owned it! Exorbitant charges for normal service is unacceptable and the long excruciating wait for service to be done taking way much longer than estimated time. If it wasn't for the new vehicle 3 year warranty, this would be the last place to go to for regular maintenance.

Very very bad service from sales advisor -JOE TAN 陈豪杰! We are here at the showroom to ask for car price and a few of sales advisors are occupied. Then we ask the sales manager any sales advisor is available, then she recommend this JOE TAN. When he come to us he ask us to wait as he need to attend one client. After we waited for around 15 mins, he come to us. We ask him what’s the best price he can offer and he keep ask us back what’s the price we want. Then told us he sell after sales service, if we want to negotiate price he won’t attend us!!! MAY I KNOW IS THIS THE SERVICE QUALITY YOU GUYS PROVIDE TO CUSTOMER???????
