The older staff are much helpful and friendly (At the counter to ask for help and rice), but now, some of the staff would stare and the service is not very good. Please improve your service and don't judge people because you don't know what they are going through. Treat everyone the same. Thank you

Unfortunately, when I went there during CMCO for my son's "akad nikah", the parents weren't even allowed to view the ceremony. The authorities should have allowed parents to be next to their children during marriage solemnization with the proper SOP in place.

Don,t know how to deal with public. The qadi want to solemn all the wedding couple by themselves so they can take all the monies without caring the public. They should delegates the job to the mosques around taiping to reduce conjection at their place.
