This shop has surprisingly good kolomee. But seat is always limited. Kolomee usually need to wait.
like
RM 8 cheng. It's good but I didn't like the prawns. They should serve larger prawns for special laksa too, instead of more prawns. But hey, the food was good! Takes a while to be served so go early! I see that there's no info on opening hours. I was here on a Tuesday morning, 8am.
Probably one of the best Kolo Mees in Kuching. Before I get ‘lambasted’ by the ‘noodle experts’ as to what I know about good noodles, I am not going to say something subjective like it tasted ‘so so good’ BUT on something more objective like the ‘buzz level’ of the place. The place is simply packed to the brim on your average day. Nothing better than having brisk business day-in day-out as validation of how good your product is! The downside here are the hot drinks. The coffee and tea could be better. Spoils what could have been an amazing breakfast.
My favorite kolok mee in kuching
I almost don't want to share this with you. My #1 place for laksa is here. Most people come for the kolo mee but I'm here for the Laksa (RM5). There's usually a wait for tables here.
The kolo mee from the uncle's stall which located next to the Inn is among the best in Kuching. His kuehtiao also taste very good even when I ordered without the MSG. The cafe is clean and well-mantained. But can be crowded especially in the morning. And usually the kolo mee sold out before 11am.
The Kolok mee is very nice.
The kolo mee is good, worth a try indeed. The kolo mee stall only open in the morning, hence better be there before 10:30am or else sold out quickly. The shop is linked with Thompson Corner as one shop already.
