Disappointed with the food. Used to be nicer. The salmon fish skin and takoyaki are bad. Others are just average. Did not enjoy the meal despite of spending so much. Hope the management will look into the quality of food.

Went here early evening, not so much sushi varieties available on the belt anymore. But it was member’s day and during happy hour, maybe this explains the situation. Also ordered bento and takoyaki. Bento was nice, but can’t say the same about the takoyaki. This place more canggih than many SK’s outlets. Like in Japan, some foods are served on an automated tray.

Time: 15.05pm Date: 30th May 2020 First of all, I was extremely unhappy with the service from staffs. I placed order on 13.50pm and waited for 50 minutes for the order to be made. Other customers that came before us were served earlier. Turned out that the waiter didn't key in the order in the system. Secondly, I was also disappointed with the service. I had to press the call button thrice and waited for quite some time before the waiter came even though clearly there were not many customers in the store at that time. The was one waiter was cleaning table next to my table and she just ignored my call bell. I hope you can improve your service next time.

1/12/2020 Service sooo poor.. the most slow service sushi king that I had been.. even the sushi on the conveyor belt not replenish like there is nothing to eat
