Ticket: RM15 / adult and RM12 / children Only one person working at counter although there are 2 ticketing counter. During public holiday it will cause long que. The que is not manned and you may ended up que behind people already bought the ticket and they simply stand in front of the counter fixing ticket band. Ticket check point is manned by 2 staff, one helping visitors wearing the ticket band and one busy checking visitors' bag for any food, eggs. Food and eggs are not allowed from outside the park.

Make the place bigger so that it isn't as crowded. However the service is fast although only have 2 counters.

I felt the place as over crowded on the weekend when I was there and not worthy of the entrance fee. The ceiling fans at a cafe had thick layer of dirts gathered at their edges, yuks!
