I actually prefer this switch store more than the bigger one in Amanjaya mall because it has fewer customers. Accessories may lack in variety but the main devices (iPhone, iPad and MAC) here are plentiful which is more than enough reason for customers to visit. Apple products are always expensive and can’t be afforded by everyone so the prices will forever be a problem. The 3% member discount for apple accessories only (excluding iPhone, iPad and MAC) certainly didn’t help much to lessen the burden. The service needs to improve however. We bought our devices here and were served by a friendly Malay staff. She told us that our receipt has been sent to our email and they are unable to print out a hard copy receipt for us at the store. A week passed and we didn’t receive our receipt in our email inbox so I went back to the store again to check things out. This time, I was served by a Chinese staff and she ‘printed’ out the receipt for me while sending another receipt softcopy to our email which we received. The simplest of things made this annoying because a hard copy receipt printout would have solve everything from the beginning. I felt lied to by the previous staff when she said the receipt could not be printed out at the store which ended up wasting more of my time to have to come back to the store again. Simple courtesies should be a given in any good service and clearly, some staffs are performing better than others.
