I usually come here for the foot reflexology and it's great. The spa fully complies with SOP so I feel 100% safe and comfortable. Have never had a less than stellar experience at this branch.

Last friday I went for a 90mins body massage. I was resting and suddenly heard there were 2 customers next door who were chit chatting & laughing quite loudly. It's not a fully covered partition wall so it was quite disturbing. My eyes opened and the therapist name Chan told me she will inform the front desk and will be right back. Few mins later I heard the staff informed the customers next door politely that there were other customers are resting and no chit chatting. Kudos to the therapist and staff in ensuring customers pay for the quality service and ambiance.. Definitely my 1st choice when it comes to a good and relaxing massage. Besides pyramid and setia city mall, now empire has become one of my faves outlet for a good massage.

Very calming and helpful massage experience. Very capable masseuse who was able to help my back pain and travel stress headache. The ladies at the front desk speak English, the masseuse not really much beyond a few words. Still a very excellent massage.
