Excellent service, but slowly going forward

New station. Good location. Close to busy businness area, colleges.
The escalator has not worked for more than 1 year yet, nothing being done to ensure it working again. Typical attitude of GLC'S, only interested in building new projects but not maintaining it assets. I am certain the warranty still valid for supplier to rectify it.
Excellent LRT stn .
Convenient to drop off here due to its location that is located in housing area. However, it might not that convenient for elderly or wheelchair as I can see the elevator is still in construction.
Convenient for ss14 and ss18 residents. Easy access both sides and not so crowded
Clean and well maintained so far. Has entrance/exit to both ss14 and ss18 but entrance/exit to ss14 only stairs..
Why one star? Because Prasarana songlap the money for the escalator and lift of SS 14 side. 1.2 metre width stairs is available and it's actually quite narrow, can you imagine this in year 2017? (aka project songlap). Luckily SS 17 side has escalator. I don't know why Prasarana named this station as SS 18. This station should be named as SS 14 because SS 14 is actually bigger than SS 18 and the station is just right in front of SS 14 commercial area. Just like SS 15 station is right in front of SS 15 commercial area and SS 15 is also bigger than SS 17. Look at Google Maps and compare the area size yourself. Side note, the correct naming should have a space in between SS and 18. I know many people combine it SS14 or SS15 for convenience but if you look at Google Maps, the correct name actually doesn't combine and have a space. I already submitted an edit. Shiok Shiok 18.
