The concept is good, the facilities are ok. But, the staff are under-trained,lazy and ignorant. It ruins the whole experience for my kid. There are several instances where a group of 13 2yearolds were handled by one staff while the two others are hiding behind the counter(especially the guy staff in glasses). Take my advice, try other gymboree branches except for this one. Thanks
