STDC is a consultancy comprising of three Management & Human Resources professionals whose close association go way back over the past 40 years. The Founders of the company have extensive career experience with major multinational and SME organizations both on the operational basis and in the advisory capacity. STDC is a registered HRDF training provider and all the above three professionals are HRDF Certified Trainers. We are supported by a panel of Consultant Trainers, each of whom is competent in their respective specialty. Our objective is to fully utilize our expertise to contribute to the community to enhance human competence by providing organizations with a whole spectrum of Management & HR services – Talent Acquisition, Performance & Rewards Management, Human Capital Development, Positive Employee Relations & Occupational Health & Safety. These include development of new and improvement of existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), complemented with (a) briefings and/or training sessions and (b) on-going regular consultation, on the same to ensure practical implementation in compliance with statutory legislation, various standards and codes of conduct and best community practices. We also provide the opportunity for all HR professionals to be obtain HR certification and keep abreast of developments in the field of Management & Human Resources. Towards this end, we have forged a strategic partnership with the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM) to make the above a reality. We are also accredited with Tech Dome Penang to conduct Team Building at their premises in Komtar, Penang and have strategic partnerships with other HR service providers as well.
