Very so-so gong pian. Came here next after trying the famous Cheong Cia. Disappointed. The plain flavour was lacking the bite and fragrance of the one found at Cheong Cia, and the onions were not caramelised enough. Plus point is that they have other flavours other than plain onions and lard.

Getting my Gong Piang fix here every time we are back here! The small, plain version of gong piang is always our Su family’s favourite. The aroma of lard and onion, the crispness of the pastry just fresh out of the earth oven (tandoor). Unfortunately, it’s getting more and more expensive, because we can finish 5-10 pieces in one go. Order a day in advance and come pick up at your preferred time.
Friendly lady boss, kong piang is good.
The shop is tidy and clean, though a bit hot due to exposure to direct sunlight. If offers quite a variety of biscuits and dry packed noodles.
Lady boss is friendly and managed to buy Char Siew Gong Pian for tasting, very nice while eating hot.
One of the many gong pian shops around in Sitiawan!
Some people would say go to Cheong chia or wherever. Truth is, to me at least, it doesn't matter. If you came to sitiawan, go eat gong pian. I had one here. Loved the owner (I think) she was lovely and friendly.
Nicely done,it need prebooking for large quantities order
