Totally not recommended. Very bag experience with them. Mutawif tak bagus, air zamzam tak dpt, hotel bertukar2.. beg tertinggal. Respon tak bagus..

My parents travel with them on 3rd -14 Dec, on 13 Dec my parents and the whole group has been chased out of the Movenpick Hotel Mecca since the agent only paid until 12Dec. So now the whole group was left at the lobby since early of the day till evening (at this hour) without any assistance and food/drinks provided to them.

I had a very bad experienced with Simply. I was in the Umrah group from 20 to 30 Dec 2017. Very poor organisation upon arrival in Madinah airport. We were made to wait in the bus for one and the half hours. No officer to receive us on arrival at airport. My family and I was promised rooms at Millenium Tower in Mekah. Instead we were given a private unit in Millenium but not owned and managed by Millenium Towers. Our rooms were bare, deprived of basic facilities of a standard hotel such as refrigerator, hair dryer etc. No cleaning services for the rooms and toilets through the entire stay. I have to throw the garbage by myself. Very sad no towel replacement and no replenishment of soap and shampoo. I was promised Millenium Tower hotel which I paid for it. Sadly I didnt get what I paid for. I feel cheated by Simply in the Holy Land. I have lodged a complaint to Simply but after two weeks not a single word from Simply Management, no word of apologies. I deserve an apology and a compensation for the inferior rooms provided to me.
