I sent my cat yesterday, 30/1/2021, for neutering. He was healthy and playful munchkin prior to the procedure. When I picked him up yesterday evening, brought him home, an hour after that he was shaking badly. Few hours after that, he's gone.The reason they gave me was because of the breed --- british shorthair and munchkin are prone to the same complication, which I would say is a lame excuse. I have few british shorthairs and have never witnessed the same situation after the procedure. Even if bsh and munchkin tend to have the same complication, it is the duty of the doctors to inform owner. So please people, take your furry friends elsewhere for surgical procedure. I would conclude their doctors are mediocre.

Ive been bringing my cats here for more than 10 years now.Its definitely AFFORDABLE.Ive had mixed experiences with the vets.But I would like to RECOMMEND DR HAFEZ to anyone who comes here.He's very gentle when handling my cat, collects blood sample smoothly without repetition,does not prescribe unnecessary medication and most of all, as a worrisome cat owner, I appreciate that he is not dismissive to my questions and explains rationally .
