The hall itself just have one elevator which is very inconvenient for a place that can hold hundreds at a time. The hall itself is fine, but the catering's food is subpar. The meat is too hard, even for my unusual canine teeth infamous for chewing tough meat.
Located at 2nd floor of the building. Can use stairs or use provided life to enter the hall
