3 or 4 times already service here. Very good service. Staff all friendly. They will wash your car if condition so bad but if so many customer cannot la. Overall thank god this service center open near my office.

Canada Unlocking

Beware: this proton service center has very poor customer service, slow, no transparency and overpriced. I brought my Exora for service last year. I complained acceleration issue , they never bother to check that there was a RECALL for CFE oil cooler hose. Now my hose burst and they want to charge me 6500 for repair. I ask for detail invoice quotation and now waiting 6 days and everyday for the last 3 days they say we will provide it tomorrow. Now today they say it will be easier if I come in person so they can explain it to me in detail. I will not repair my car here, I will take it to other service center instead and get it repaired for less than half the price with much more transparency. ***Update: I inform them 3 hours before that I will collect the exora with tow truck. They leave my exora with belts and exhaust hanging down and manifold in boot. Then they charge me RM 240 for diagnosis ***update 2: Manager told me this vin number does not have recall for CFE oil hose *** update 3: I repaired my car at kh auto service center and cost me rm 1187 new Borg Wagner turbo (bought from shopee) hoses and other related parts (radiator) and labor rm 1456 total rm 2643. (Saved rm 3857 compare to Setia gemilang quote)

Low Hung Meng

Sent my car to repair coz accident. It took almost two month before I can take my car back. Pro: All the damaged part been repaired and look as new. Cons: 1)Took too long. 2)When I took my car, it is too dirty inside and outside until I couldn't check for scratch etc. 3)My petrol when I sent for repair is at least 4 bar. When I got my car it is 0 bar and light is blinking. Was lucky can find nearest petrol station or else my car will die in the middle of the road. 4)Just found out my car first aid kit lost, my car data is no more and boot light not functioning. 5)I was ask to sign Letter of Undertaking before I even get to check my car(means I am agree to all the repair done to my satisfaction )Thought the staff will explain to me later and check with me together but that is not happening. A foreigner drive my car to the center then the center staff just leave immediately when my car arrive. Leaving me and that foreigner alone. I personally think that the service of the repair took very long and the service is not done professionally enough.

They have repair service but no service to provide car to replace or borrow until our car is ready. The place is huge so i thought the service would be awesome. Hope they can improve.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES. Never answer call for appointment. When walk-in ask us to do appointment but never answer call. The service advisor don’t know what they are talking about. Completely useless center. Definitely not sending here anymore. To others if you care about your car, please do not send here.

I appreciate their attentiveness, where i found the aftersales staffs are very kind & polite. Besides, the are updates all the time. The progress seems to be fast & efficient. Personal suggestion would recommend to go here for excellent service provided.

it takes more than 3 days to confirm booking.. came early at 8.30am.. settled by 12noon for basic servicing.. issues receipt under someone else name.. giving 2 stars for nice staff.. other than that, i would not recommend this place..
