Not sure if it still opens for 24 hours, but it did during my degree time. I found it to be so convenient. Can just pop in whenever I need a place to study at any time of the day. The wifi signal was pretty good too. They segregated this library into several zones - the top-most floor being a “noises allowed” zone. Many students will usually commune here to have group discussions. The said zone has several discussion areas complete with TV set for screen-sharing purposes.

Books may be outdated but the contents inside the digital archive is very broad & insightful.

The daily pass is rm25.. sooooooo expensive. How can u nurture a culture of reading if the entry is extremely expensive?! The public would also need to do research sometimes, so, we go to the library. Now, its just damn expensive, no one can enter the library.
Aircond not strong enough and you'll feel the heat when the place is crowded. Makes you uncomfortable and difficult to focus on studying
