The malay staff is rude.. When people ask question, why don't say properly? When we leave, I saw she shake her head.. Seriously?!
Terrible staff. Most of the staff are so terrible, they don't have any responsibility. For example, bus driver are so rude nowadays and they will often stop at a station to buy food making use late for work. ( T804 ) Then there is mrt staff... the cleaner are the most nicest one out of them actually doing their job. But on the other hand there is mrt top up staff, there not helpful, rude and don't do their job. Other then IC reload what do they do? Just today when I needed help with my mypas the lady wearing glasses is so rude. And instead of excuse me they just go around oi-ing people. MRT please take action. Thank you.
Park and ride at ease, as kwasa sentral has ample parking spaces. However, the parking is open air.
Easy to wait for bus.
Dr and stuff were knowledgeable and friendly plus clean environment.
MRT Kwasa Sentral is quite clean, overall wonderful its easy to get grabcar from here
