Alhamdulillah,I got Class D & Class B2 license from Metro Driving Academy..I am foreigner and easily got Malaysian license.Good Service by this driving school

Overall, attending this driving school was a good decision. The instructors do teach well, and they provide good facilities/food. The instructors that taught me were very patient, and the receptionists offer good hospitality. However, I must say that there ARE one or two staff members who come off as rather rude or arrogant, in their way of answering or replying you and I believe some sarcasm was conveyed. I am not going to dwelve in further or judge as they probably were having a bad day, but please ensure that they have good customer service because we are paying money NOT to be given rude responses. Then again, there were more positives than negatives, so I am satisfied with the service and teaching. Thank you.

Paid RM 2500, some of the teachers were not patient enough to teach. Better choose your teacher wisely, women and old teachers will most likely be impatient. One of the teacher screamed at me last time too. Went to Metro 2 years ago. This comment deserves to be here. So that Metro dont take this lightly. But one of the teacher, Encik Badri was very friendly, till this day i remember his name.... so u guys better hire someone like him. Teachers should take into consideration that it takes time to learn. RM 2500? Your service should be top notch. Dissapointing....

It's 2021, I think a lot has changes after all these years of bad ratings. I had read up the whole ratings section and here are some of my thoughts. Their customer service is very friendly and quite responsive, collection of your license will only take about a week or so. Without a doubt, the rates here are a bit expensive but it's a guarantee to get your license without paying more. Rather than "PAO", you will work on your own to pass.200 if you need door-to-door pickup, free pick up from Lrt stations are available. For the teachers here, I find them quite friendly in teaching except for the teacher that is conducting the theory class. His voice is loud and clear but he's really impatient in teaching students driving, you can hear him shouting at students from a mile away. There's one time that a student went late of about 20 minutes, he already gone somewhere else,leaving the student without a scheduled teacher. I find it interesting that how the teacher is still having his job. Be sure to choose your teacher wisely before any payment or class bookings. Anyways,the facilities here are in good condition just that the circuit roads are a bit bumpy but they are working on paving a better road recently. Proton Iriz is actually quite "high class" in a driving learning center because others are using kancil,axia, or viva. Kampung Subang area is with some heavy traffic plus the roads are small so prepare a strong heart while on the road.From nothing to P takes about 2-3 months depending on the demand. BTW thank you Mr.Nazib for your teachings, a kind and patient teacher. And also shout out to the best theory class teacher(donno his name)(the ex pilot), way way better than the loud one,he's detailed ,patient, and makes sure everyone understands what he's teaching.
