moment we stepped in, we were greeted by Mr.Tsuchida , the Manager of Megane samurai Optical. He immediately removed my glasses saying it’s tilted and asked his staff to repair it! omg such good service! It’s slightly better now and they cleaned it using some cleaning machine. This really surprised me!! I never seen such good hospitality being provided in an optical shop!! Tried on a few on recommendation by the sales person Surprisingly, it was a nice experience. I didn’t get a headache thinking which one should I buy (I actually chose the one I wanted before trying on even 12 。 Reasonable price 。

Very friendly and 5 star service. Best and cheapest prices for authentic Hoya & Seiko lenses in Klang Valley so far. Megane was having their anniversary sale when I dropped in so their package prices (lensesframes) are 20% discounted and branded eyeglass frames were 50% discounted. Eye power was tested very professionally and specs was ready within 1/2 hour after order was confirmed. Was very happy to get a pair of Hoya lenses spectacle for less than RM200. Thank you!
