In the commercially challenging times we are experiencing in 2020, regular, loyal customers are the lifeblood of any retail business. Service orientated companies should currently be doing absolutely everything in their power to keep those long term customers with good, professional service and good customer relations. The Fossil Group are going to learn the hard way that when when the service they offer is as bad as theirs is, especially in Setia City Mall, customers TALK and customers WALK. It is currently approaching the Christmas season but Fossil @ Setia City Mall is one of the shops I will NOT be visiting to buy gifts and Christmas presents this year and the reason is the direct result of the cavalier attitude that Fossil Group management have to their Malaysian customers. Bye bye Fossil.
