Received very very BAD customer service from Crystal. She confirmed the delivery for my sofa and one day before, ONLY WHEN I ASKED what time it will be delivered, only then did she tell me it will be delivered 3 days after the date I was promised. HORRIBLE experience. I will be moving into my new house without a sofa. Thanks.
