Lack of customer service. Made office key on Saturday afternoon. Sunday morning, key didn't work. Went to shop at 17:00 to solve but key still not working at 18:00. Came to shop for refund at 20:30 but locksmith informed us then and there that they're closed at 19:00 for the day and will open Monday at 12:00. Refunded us at 12:45 after waiting for about 10 minutes. All this were done with communication with the locksmith and we were not living nearby.
