I really disappointed with ur service as i had made 2x reports about chopping a fallen tree in front of house in Bkt Kepayang but no action taken. I called on Thu n Fri. Compare to TNB service i really salute them. Please!! We r paying for d assessment yearly. Tqvm

I visited your office in Forest Heights on 14.2.2020 at about 1030 to pay the assessment bill. On suggestion. Since the customers start receiving the Bills by Feb, it is very helpful to arrange more counters for payments for this period as I waited almost one and half hour just to do the payment of 3 minutes work. Otherwise, everything from parking, sitting and staff were excellent.. thank you.

I live in Kg. Pasir Jalan Rasah, Seremban. There are 2 empty lots one of which is beside my house and another is at the back of my house. I have made numerous complaints to MPS to have the grass cut and the bush to be cleared where insects and reptiles are coming into my house. Last whole year i made complaint and had many report number subsequent to my complaints. Each time i call to check on the status after months, the receptionist will say the status in system show as job completed. It's a lie. I have complaint again and again and one fine day En. Iskandar brought his team over and cleared 10 feet from both sides of the bushes and left saying it's settled. I am very disappointed with the way they work. Now that the bushes are grown as seen in the photos, i have called and have got 2 report numbers which they have yet to attend. 1) Report no.0993/12/2018 dated 24th December 2018 2) Report no.0526/02/2019 dated 18th February 2019 I called En.Iskandar myself and and asked his why its not been cleared yet and he gives me an answer that its other peoples land and he can't clear the bush. I find that there a so much of reasons and excuses to clear the bush.I sincerely wonder how the authority works. Very disappointed with the way MPS Seremban handles work and reasons given just to avoid clearing the compliant. Appreciate some action is taken after this review.

This 4 stars is mainly for En Zahir from counter 10 at Kewangan. He truly takes ownership of task. The dept should praise him for his work ethics. Surely, there are others but this guy just outshine the rest in my eyes.
