Saya telefon klinik untuk buat appointment for checkup/scaling tapi diberitahu yang tak perlu buat appointment, walk in sahaja dan dicadangkan untuk datang hari sabtu. Saya sampai pukul 11, and waited 3 hours. Finally went to the counter and asked sama ada lama lagi ke untuk giliran saya, dan staf di kaunter beritahu saya lama lagi. I waited 3 hours to seek a service from a private dentist (which after 3 hours it was still wasnt my turn), might as well wait at the gov hospital dan bayar RM1 kan if there is no difference in waiting time/efficiency? Please improve your customer service by the staffs. One of your staff at the counter doesnt seem to have any remorse at all to tell me my waiting time still lama even after i waited 3 hours. When I told her im leaving because it took so long, no apologies was offered, nothing. I wasted 3 hours of my weekend for nothing.
