The staff here except for one person are just superb. The place is clean and their facilities here are great. But make sure to drive carefully here cause there is a well known feisty driver. We really hope the top brass will solve this problem soon cause this driver badly reflects the ethics of the respective university.

Quite new. Staff are friendly and helpful. You need to register first via their own QR code (HPUPM) before you can made an appointment to see the specialists.

Great service from hospital's staffs. They will always guide you even you didn't ask. Facilities also perfect and clean.

I've never been to a local hospital that is so efficient, friendly and responsible. I was admitted to Urology for a very complicated surgery and it almost cost my life. I can't say enough to thank the responsible and knowledgeable specialists in urology and in ICU. The nurses are my so motivating and supportive when I was about to give up. The guards here are a bit annoying and strict on the sop but they are really doing a great job. I am on a wheelchair and the facilities here are very disabled friendly.

Good facilities...have potential to become like PPUM......but the procedures needs some review to improve on the process as you get more patients and also nurses needs to be more trained and sharp at their work. Quite slow at some of the clinic even for simple task such as appointment booking and also taking blood... which i shall not name them.

Just had laparoscopy done due to ectopic pregnancy by Dr Victor. Thank you to all the doctors who attended to me. Dr Maryam, Dr Adila, Dr Nabilah.. and all the staff nurse there. Sorry tak ingat semua nama. All staff are so friendly and efficient.. From emergency, to ward saringan, wad surgical 1. Thank you so much. As it's semi gov, at first I thought it would be a bit expensive. But it's still affordable for me. As my insurance doesn't cover for ectopic pregnancy. As alumni of UPM. I'm so proud to get treated here.
