Had a very bad experience here. One of the staff , the curvy one, is very rude! I wanted to look at the sample as i want to buy an item. She showed, but keep pulling it away when i wanted to look. Three times! Not to mention her rude way of talking. I dont mind of not touching the sample as i understand the covid precautions but at least let me have a nearer look at it. I immediately walked away feeling super agitated. I will never buy from this outlet.

I bought my girlfriend a lipstick from here for her birthday. While trying it in for the first time it she found that her lips where stuck together. She tried nail polish remover, but they were stuck tight. Only thing that worked to unstick them was rubbing vaseline for hours. Quietest weekend I have had for months, highly recommended.

Very bad service . All the staff not entertain customer . Busy with their phone & chatting . From first until i go out no one staff entrtain . When i ask just tell then continue chatting . Hope sephora can hire good staff for your service and your name . Maybe the customer looking poor so they are not entertain . Im feel so worst . Look at the review also same experience with another customer .

A staff by the name of Fatin gave an extraordinary service today. I went there to get a present for my family and she did a tremendous job in helping me choose. Hats off for providing such a good service.
