The place is near to Isetan...n at the old wings....very big n spacious store..staff is good n fast...asking u wat u looking for n always give advice on the products...got a lot of things here from hair face body hand hair n perfume products..i just wanna tell u guys to give more samples to customer for them to try or give a nice product when they purchase rm 300 and above.....tat wil b great

The staffs are very rude. Yes, I'm not talking about one person but every staff working on the day I went there. I requested them to do quick make-up and they asked me to wait so I waited for 1 hour while they were attending other customers! There was one mat saleh girl sitting beside me and guess what? 2-3 staffs attending to her while I was still waiting when it should be my turn first. Why the double standard towards local people? The store was not crowded at all and I saw some of them were too busy chitchatting. To all staffs, do your work, be polite and be professional!

One the outlets of popular and leading chain of perfume and cosmetics originated from France. It's offers a broad range of products categories, ranging from skincare, makeup, fragrance, body and hair care. We came here for our favourite fragrances. The prices are premium but we are happy with the quality. Crew service was helpful and courteous. Parking at 1 Utama is a challenge during weekends.

Klcc branch is the best. Each branch varies tremendously in selection. Great products and the house brand has some super products, though not all are any good. Sephora eyeshadows are as good as MAC and a good deal cheaper as are their long wearing matte lipsticks. A must buy which wont hurt your wallet.

Mixed feelings for me. On one hand, I like the product assortment they have. On the other hand, most of the staffs here are lacking in product knowledge.

Nice place but the staff are not always there to help and it can be difficult to get their attention at times. The tester products for lip products are not always in a condition to be tested as the bottles will be broken or empty. Eyeshadow palette testers are mostly damaged making it difficult to get a good swatch. Nevertheless, the staff are helpful and willing to stay and help customers and the actual products are always in good condition.
