Absolutely rough experience regarding baggage Handling, We were lucky enough for online boarding but no guidance on baggage as a result we had to face a difficult situation catching our flight. Thanks to a nice Indian lady that helped but Malay official was not only rude but was of very little to no Help.

This is a warning. For all costumers from Malindo Air - this manager is absolut rude and corrupt. Their staff tell me the wrong counter and we wait there for like 20 minutes after that I was going to her again to ask if this is the right counter. She said oh sorry go to the other one. So we missed our check in time “60 minutes before departure” for 5 minutes. It was there fold. Even the staff from klia1 talk with this manager and said that she is a really mean woman. She don’t talk with us only said (actually screamed) “GO BUY A NEW TICKET, I DONT LISTEN” Now we paid 200 for a new flight.! This is something it should not happen! I will never fly again trough Kuala Lumpur or with batik airlines / Malindo airlines !!
