Not a bad experience. Ticket prices are very less. So it is very important for the budget travelers.. but free luggage allowance is 7kg (only hand luggage).. if you want to carry more, you have to pay high amount.. Flight meal also not bad... But they are not providing free cool drinks.. if you need them you have to pay that. I select lion air only for less ticket price. Other facilities are not recommended....

-1 is my rating. Never booking with Lion Air again. Too many Lion air in the kuala lumpur airport are cruel and rude. I wish i had good things to say but after my last experience with thr manager laughing at me after i explained how i was on indonesia time and my phone didnt change and i had been waiting all night, and after the audacity they have to think to so highly of themselves after a hugh crash that killed so many people months ago, i promise myself never to be connected with money hungry airlines like these that have no feeling or heart for the customer. It would have been an extra nice gesture to fund my ticket, but to laugh at me when i am explaining my problem, took it to a "very disrespectful level" and the manager clearly doesnt know who "Allah" is.

Impossible to buy luggage for your flight via the lion air website. They don't accept foreign creditcards and don't reply emails or contact form.

Seats are old, very tight seating and the check in Terminal are very little counter and very long queue. Usually flight delay. Certain location does not provide web check-in.
