As usual always the best and clean airport ever i see in my life. Wonderful maintenance and specially immigration nice peoples are working. They are able to give good advice about our safety propose.

Very much quieter with many shops closed or not operating due too smaller crowd. Strict SOP with friendly ground crew and staffs. Some new procedures for flights, so do check for completeness of documents and process

Can't expect much during the pandemic. It is very quiet here for businesses. You're lucky to see the outlets here opened for business. Really.

This is great airport where you can spend some hours before your flight with comfort and cozy atmosphere. You can have a snack or a full meal and drink something tasty (like coffee, cocktails and so on). It’s neat and clean there. Very positive and friendly staff, and they work fast and qualitatively. A very good and clean airport. You can spend ample of tie before your flight here like help yourself with a snack or shop down at the airport and many other things. It has proper clean clear announcements for gates and flights. Overall a very good place

Klia1 in the evening on Friday. Something that covid19 has changed. Never imagined this airport could be this empty. Checked in baggages in 5minutes no queue anywhere and through immigration.. Got to the gate less than in 25 min after we arrived at klia. Wish i can come back soon.

I had to sleep at this airport overnight. It was not pleasant. There are no comfortable chairs or areas for people to stay long term. The staff of the airport were all quite rude, taking their breaks near sleeping people and talking loudly or watching movies without headphones. Additionally, there are very few places for people to charge their electronics. I was really surprised the airport was so terrible, given how wonderful everything else in KL is.

Asia's largest aviation hub. A fairly comfortable, modern airport consisting of two parts. Few places where you can sleep normally. Many shops and cafes. From time to time it is not clear where to go, you can get lost)
