Very unfair Management. Back then was fair and good. Management 100% run by Mainland Chinese. After 3 years locals remain at their positions despite their achievement. Position of Manager level or above are reserved for Mainland workers, is an unspoken rule. If they feel unsatisfied, they'd cut your KPI with lots of excuses. Lots of notices was given verbally, no black and white given (which includes "Localization"), people are good at pushing responsibility, you're on your own when things happen. Everyday tons of urgent tasks. Unless you'd like to be a kuli, else don't work here.

Bad management, dont care about workers sosial life. Saturday and sunday still have to work. All workers are pushing so hard to work in stress coz so many urgent every week. Workers feel so tired and restlest but still have to do ot coz bad management of lorry/ containers schedule. Went something happen, cut KPI. But they dont want to know, all the workers are tired, that's why accident happen. Pls considered to give your workers good time with family every week. Dont call them to came work went they are on leave. One more thing, do something about misunderstanding becoz of languages. Maybe, your productivity will improve if everyone know clearly what is going on, what management want, what all workers need. Then, teamwork will go better. Pls..take a look what going on the field of your company.

Bad china management.....no opportunity for malaysians grad and engineer because decision all by China people, Malaysians do all they say ..force ot..banyak ot banyak bagus...then say locals no productivity because need ot, then cut worker KPI.. many urgent.. If u smart dont work here..low salary for locals
