Really bad customer service. The one at the reception counter never smile and impolite. I had another bad experience with another nurse. She talks rudely to patients. Need to get these nurses to enroll anger management or customer service programme. I never had this kind of experience with KK in another location. Better go to KK Bandar Seri Putra or Klinik Desa Bangi. They offer much better service. Service is free by the government but it is not a ticket of being rude to patients. We all have our struggles. Be nice always. Tak ada adab is so uncivilized

Bad Service , Malay Male Staff in front of the counter just show the sour face , talk in impolite way , Malay Female staff at Kaunter Pendaftaran didn't give a full instruction to guide the patience how to register when you come here in 1st time.I already took the number and queue to get register , she didn't know anything and just ask me : Ambil Nombor , ( talk in impatience way) , then i told her i already took the number , she just said put the number in front the counter and didn't request me have to fill up the register form 1st. I know goverment clinic is free and the medical fee is affordable , but it didn't mean the Malaysia people have to get this kind of bad service, right? New Government , New Management , Please improve your staff service performance .
