We bought our house here in 2012 and moved into it in 2015. The estate offers a high level of security and the guards are friendly. There are three or four different house styles. We have a corner lot two storey semi D with balcony. Since we bought it, it has more or less doubled in value, but we have refurbished it quite extensively. Here are some photos of its development. The area was pretty deserted when we bought our house but now there is a shopping centre which has recently been expanded, car repair businesses, restaurants, etc. It has all you need but no supermarket, just small mini markets. There is currently no night market here

Nice , beautiful scenery n peaceful environment. Good n/ bourhood too. Lots of facilities nearby.
Ok lah..I ordered the nasi kandar set..bendi old n not cook..shouldn't serve to customer like that..

A good residential area for a quiet and peaceful environment. A place to settle down (raising your offspring or just relaxing after retirement). Plus, the backdrop is broga hill.
