Very poor service.. only one counter open, 2 staffs handle all the orders.. the rest gone??? Waited about 30 mins.. funny thing, they didnt even bother to open extra counter, didnt see the the long queue.. fyi, it was already after lunch hour (2.40pm)..
Today, the government gave the green light to have a dine-in. But when I ask the person at the counter, she asked me to wait cz she need to ask someone at the back, but the person at the back shouted till all of the customers can hear the voice “Kenapa semua orang harini sebok tanya pasal ni? Ko cakap je lah kat dia tak boleh!!!” . And me at the counter, like hmmmm okay she shouted. And then the cashier girl came to me, took my orders as I’ve decided to have my take-aways. But then again, this girl was very rude by taking my order like “Nak ape? Hmm okay. Lagi? Lagi? Lagi?” With the rude intonation. To the girl if you’re reading this: You need to learn on how to speak with customers with a proper manner. To the girl at the back: You need to be updated with the law and dont shout to your customers.
Relatively clean for a KFC branch.

The management should anticipate the growing crowds especially during dinner. Should open all counters and make the chicken/meal ready on time. Do not force the customers to wait too long to make/get their order.
Ordered thru grab food 5pcs original. instead got 3 spicy. i cannot eat spicy due to health issues. Your lack of attention towards customers' specific orders tells a lot about the attitude of your staffs here. Safe to say, this will be my last time spending my money at this outlet.
Seriously lambat sangat servis... almost 2 hours need to wait... what happen?
