Met them at home living exhibition@ Sunway for a custom made sliding. Price is reasonable. But, when I would like to arrange further to choose color and check for wood materials things changed quickly to worst experience ever. Tried to arrange for an appointment and It was confirmed via phone. But, when the day arrived, called to Elaine phone number (that’s the only number I have), the appointment was not confirmed and she don’t know anything. Maggie is on leave, and Elaine is damn rude. I was doubtful whether they’re serious with their business and told her I decided to opt out and find someone else. Elaine responded rudely. Note: this company also has another name, “Artem”. advice: stay away from them. Find someone else.

11th June 2019 The only lady wearing glasses working today was so unprofessional. If she is the boss, the co will closed down soon. If she is an employee, please get a better staff as she is not fit to do any sales. Never been so humiliated visiting a shop
Called & arranged an appointment with Ms Maggie to install door closer. Was helpful but a week later, keep delaying the installation. Excuses like not enough people. Waste of time!!
