Excellent service. I was there to renew my roadtax. Make sure u got the right building. Block A for renew license while block B for buying plate number, renew roadtax and tukar hakmilik. There are 2 lanes to queue outside the building at block B. Please come before 3pm as they won't give u number after that. It tooks me around half an hour from queue outside till I've finished my business there. Make sure u have completed all the documents needed before coming here. Please check at JPJ website before coming as well.

Today's call, 10:30am, to there mentioned number 04-3927777. I had called to check if they were accepting documents for foreign driving license conversion to Malaysia DL. Lady who answered the phone had put me on hold for 5mins without informing me and was continuously doing that, not talking, nor transferring to someone who could have helped.

One of the lousiest places to get services related to transport. I experienced offline a couple of times. They will never answer your phone calls. I tried calling more than ten times not at one occasion but many times but never anybody answering. Are they that busy???

1) I went there 3X to renew my kad pemandu. The APAD open from 9am to 1pm but when i reached there 11.30 the guard said it was closed due to heavy customers. And finally the 3rd time i went tru... 2) No cash accepted for any transaction. I have my dr card but the transaction was decline so i have to go back to the bank to change my card. It was really a hassle for me 3 consecutive days...

Went here for license renewal. Very fast and efficient services. It took not more than 10 minutes to finished. Take note that during cmco they only receive cash payment until 12 pm only. Over 12 pm need to pay using credit card or debit card.
