Honestly, their service is very bad laa, most of them act like busy and dont wanna serve ppl at all, its uncomfy here as they often ignore customer until someone actually call up to you which may take a long time to wait. Management is bad bad i dont know what to say.

Reliable service with genuine parts guaranteed, by people who know Toyotas. My complaint is their poor appointment scheduling, where they might take, say, 15 bookings for the 8 am time slot, but only have 6 service bays. As a result I had to wait until 10 am before my car was serviced. Also, on 2 occassions their mechanic overfilled the engine oil; had to go back to have the excess oil drained off.
