Drivers are very very rude. Will never take rapid bus again although its cheap. VERY RUDE.

Penang Rapid should have gps tracking system such as the ones in Uber and Grab car. With this gps system, every passenger can know the whereabouts of the bus and with gps tracking system, passengers can estimate their time and wait promptly for bus arrival. This apps will definitely encourages community to take up busses instead of driving to work. By taking busses, we can avoid traffic jams and therefore less accidents on the road. I hope my idea will be taken into consideration.
Rapid Bus Station(BM Summit)
Very rude driver . Make sure you have exactly amount . If you are alone waiting for the bus the driver may not stop for you.
