A beautiful landmark for you to visit and learn Malaysia History, as the information is laid out there in the landmark itself. A nice place for a walk or to enjoy the lake view as well as sunrise & sunset view. You can also go for Food & Drink at the nearby Food Truck area after your stroll here.

So far, the perfect place for long runs. Many runners come here, you won’t feel lonely. Ran a half marathon here on the 10.5 kilometer-loop, starting from the parking area. Flat all the way, just a little climb here and there. Has a Mcd nearby, can replenish all the salts and fats that you have burned.

Was staying nearby and fortunate enough to have enough time to dedicate to a proper visit to this monument. The story of Malaysia is told on a sequence of engraved glass panels alongside the walkway that circles the lower sections of the tower, and there are facts and connections that will surprise and educate even the historians. I spent about an hour at the monument and for me this was time very well spent. The monument is away from the normal places that visitors go to, but well worth a detour. Or, if you are going to be in Putrajaya anyway, it's a must do. Entrance is free.
