At this fitness center there is a gym on the 2nd floor and the studio on the 3rd floor. The gym opens to men and women while the studio is open to women only. In the studio, there are zumba fitness classes, tabata, belly dance and body toning. Classes are conducted every Monday to Friday, at 6.00 pm. Every Wednesday and Friday night at 8.15 there is also a zumba fitness class. Classes are trained by zin and coach who are good and experienced. Want to be beautiful, healthy and get fit, please come here. Fitness Space Ladies Gym, Presint 16, Putrajaya.
