I do not recommend pest control service from this company. They make thing so difficult regarding the documentation. First they said anything can,anything "boleh" suddenly they cant provide, as we need to add more money/higher pckage. we asked only basic document such as MSDS/CSDS & Dilution Method The field staff itself dont even know the "rat baid station". How can they got the license?? We have been their customer for over 8 years now and very2 DISSAPPOINTED!

their customer service is horrible. I've sent emails to complaint on the ants problem that's still happening a few days after their service and no one has replied me. it has been 1 week! I strongly do not recommend them.
